No fewer than 2,500
customers of the Diamond Bank Plc across the country have received over
N4billion through the Diamond Extra promotion.
The Head, Mass Market
Segment of Diamond Bank, Osita Ede stated this in Enugu during the south east
Regional draw DiamondXtra season 8 organised for customers of the Bank in the
south east zone.
“We have given away
N4billion naira to over 4500 persons since we started and today 41 persons are
going to win N25million from the south east”, he added.
According to him,
DimondExtra is a product of the bank aimed at helping the banks customers
through lottery draw.
He further explained that a
customer qualifies to be part of the draw once he or she opens DiamondExtra
account with N5000.
Ede said it is a way of
saying thank you to their customers whom he said are the engine of their
business, adding that without the customers they would not have been in
business.
DiamondExtra he added, is
divided into six zones to cover the entire regions in the country and the
southeast zonal draw is just for customers of our branches within the south
east.
“We also have other draws
that we do but this one is specifically for the customers within the south
east. We are talking of Enugu, Anambra, Imo, Abia, Ebonyi customers. We have
been doing this campaign for the past three months we started April so today we
select our winners, they are 41 winners. 30 customers won N500,000 each 10
customers won N1million each while the star price was the SUV jeep won by one
person”.
The head of mass market
segment said that the campaign continues because they still have winners every
month where the winner goes home with the bank’s Unique price of “Salary for
life” which is N1000,000 every month for 20 years.
“This happen every month and
it is for all our customers in the DiamondExtra in the country. We are also
having one customer winning N2 million this happens every month.
In an endorsement speech,
Nigerian Lottery Commission and KPMG representative, Michael and Kenneth said
that DaimondExtra met all the requirements need for the draw and commended the
bank for meeting up with the previous draws.
